  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (China)

  • Standard shipping time: 3–7 business days depending on the destination.
  • Delivery is made via trusted local couriers.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. International delivery time is typically 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight/size.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship watches and watch accessories (general goods) that comply with local and international regulations.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) for international orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
